Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, email us at hello@feelgud.co.uk

Include your order number and a quick note about why you’d like to return it. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please don’t send products back without contacting us first.

Condition of Returns

Because our products are ingestible supplements, returns must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With the safety seal intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened supplements unless they’re faulty or damaged.

If something isn’t right, just reach out. We’ll always review things fairly.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If anything is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description

  • Photos (if relevant)

We’ll sort it quickly — either with a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, the quickest way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it on their side.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll look into it.
