60-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love feelgüd. The first time you try any of our products, you have 60 days from the day it’s delivered to ask for a full refund, even if you’ve opened it.
How it works
- Email hello@feelgud.co.uk within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- We’ll send you a free returns label.
- Send the product back using the label. Opened pouches are fine.
- Once it reaches us, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days.
Who it covers
The guarantee covers your first order of each product, including bundles and the first order of a subscription. Repeat orders of a product you’ve already tried, including later subscription orders, aren’t covered. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, just let us know at hello@feelgud.co.uk and we’ll put it right. A quick photo helps us sort it faster.
