4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to:

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order.

If pricing errors occur, we are not obliged to fulfil orders at the incorrect price.

6. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing)

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the selected interval.
  • Payment is taken automatically before each dispatch.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription via your account portal.
  • Changes must be made before the billing cut-off date shown in your account.
  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with notice.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
  • If a parcel is lost, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Your Right to Cancel and Our Money-Back Guarantee

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, tell us in writing and return the goods unopened. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty.

The first time you order any of our products, our 60-day money-back guarantee also applies. It covers opened products and includes a free returns label. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving returned goods. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please let us know as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We may ask for a photo to help us resolve it.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, packaging design, and materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

11. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or content:

  • You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
